Social Media Officer with Customer Service function (Full time/Part time)

Job Description & Responsibilities :

Handle and follow through customer and members inquiries and sales order from different channels ( Online Shop, Livechat, Call, Email, Letter, In person visit )

Work and attend all Company sales and marketing events and activities

Reports problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement

Maintain excellent customer relationship and promote company services
-
Makes outbound call to customers and members for follow-up cases
-
Executes empowerment guidelines and Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Associate Degree/ Degree holder in any disciplines
-
1 - 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or marketing

Basic skincare and supplement knowledge would be definitely an advantage

Knowledge of photography, photo editing or simple video editing is advantage

Excellent written skills in Chinese is a must

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese & PC skills

Creative, responsible, self-motivated, open-minded with a marketing sense, Fast Pace with Accuracy

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Provide regular content updates and maintenance of the company’s various official social media accounts including website, Facebook, IG, Youtube etc
