Social Media Officer with Customer Service function (Full time/Part time)

Immediately available is highly preferred


Job Description & Responsibilities :

  •  Handle and follow through customer and  members inquiries and sales order from different channels ( Online Shop, Livechat, Call, Email, Letter, In person visit ) 

  • Work and attend all Company sales and marketing events and activities

  • Reports problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement

  • Maintain excellent  customer relationship and promote company services

  • Makes outbound call to customers and members for follow-up cases

  • Executes empowerment guidelines and Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 
Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree/ Degree holder in any disciplines

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or marketing

  • Basic skincare  and supplement knowledge would be definitely an advantage

  • Knowledge of photography, photo editing or simple video editing is advantage

  • Excellent written skills in Chinese is a must

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese & PC skills

  • Creative, responsible, self-motivated, open-minded with a marketing sense, Fast Pace with Accuracy 

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Provide regular content updates and maintenance of the company’s various official social media accounts including website, Facebook, IG, Youtube etc
